Join us for a wheeled adventure on the road paved with Michelin Stars that will take us to an ephemeral bistrot, open just for the night, where we will taste the culinary art of one of the most important Chefs in Romania, David Contant.
We shall meet on Saturday, 7th of May, at 8 PM sharp, somewhere only we know. A great adventure awaits for us, including the experience of a Bespoke Menu, created by the former Sous Chef of the famous Georges Blanc – one of the greatest Chefs of the contemporary cuisine scene. Think of fine food, wine, music, talks and people, seasoned with the re-created atmosphere of a French Bistrot, and you have a sketch of the night.

David Contant has spoiled international personalities with his culinary delights, revealing his cooking talent on countless outstanding occasions. Former member of the kitchen artists team of Badrutt’s Palace, David Contant devoted himself completely to the culinary arts, starting his career with a cooking degree at Lycee Hotelier of Macon. Undertaking every role of a kitchen brigade, David developed an interest for gourmet cuisine from the very begining. His talent earned him top positions in premium restaurants from France, Uruguay, Germany, London, Bahrein, Hong Kong and New York. In Romania, he came as the Executive Chef of the Heritage Restaurant.
For the WeDine dinner, David created a unique menu, that will take us through his culinary international background. Join us for dinner and meet David in a live cooking show.
